Abstract submission is closed.
The CIMT program committee is calling for abstract submissions in the following sub-specialties:
Abstracts are to be submitted in English. As a guideline, the abstract text should not exceed one page in Arial 11, single line spacing. Please double check all your special characters before submitting. SI units should be used throughout (liter and molar are permitted, however). Abbreviations should be be used as sparingly as possible. They should be defined when first used.
All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the meeting. Selected abstracts will be presented as short-talks. In case your abstract is not accepted, you may cancel your registration free of charge. If your abstract is accepted but not selected for a short talk presentation this policy does not apply.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be provided with a 1m (width) x 1.5m (height) bulletin board for your poster. Authors selected to present in the short-talk sessions will have 10 minutes for presentation and an additional 5 minutes for discussion.
At the meeting, all poster entries will be judged by an international judging panel to select the 2013 Poster Award winners.
